One Look at the Savior

"One Look at the Savior- One Touch of His Hand"

I've been singing that song all morning.
"One Look at the Savior- One Touch of His Hand. A tiny babe in a manger, is Jesus, Son of God,
Son of Man.
One Look- One Touch- I never knew He could love me so much.
Oh Lord, We all need, One Look at the Savior."

This past Sunday, our church presented to us, a wonderful program,"One Look at the Savior".
One could not resist being touched by our church kids performance. On stage, dressed as angels,
they sang quite a few wonderful songs. This one was my favorite. This one came dressed with
hand motions.
Their faces radiated with joy when they gave their testimonies of faith through music, to Jesus and those of us listening and watching. I especially loved seeing my granddaughter and the other children- arms folded across their chests, sing the line "I never knew He could love me so much."
Boy! When that statement becomes a reality in our lives, and in those we love and pray for !
Whistles! Bells! Hallelujahs!
The Bible says the angels rejoice in Heaven when one repents and comes into the understanding
of making Jesus Christ his Lord and Savior.

As we celebrate the birthday of Jesus Christ, let us not forget who He is now. He has moved from that manger and cross, to the Heavenlies. He has conquered evil in every form: sin, sickness and death- all wiped away with the hammering of nails into hands and feet.
As He ascended on high- so shall He come back for His children- His Bride.
He longs to hear songs of assurance flow from our lips- songs of praise going forth, reaching ever
upwards to His Throne. The true victorious King of Kings! The Holy and Righteous One!
Jesus- the Son of God!
"Happy Birthday Lord above!

"Dear God,
Thank you for all your blessings- your sweet gifts to us, but especially, the gift of your Son- Jesus. Our Savior. The risen Lord.
As wise men and women, may we celebrate His birth by giving gifts He will joyfully
appreciate and receive: obedience, faith, hope, love, endurance, kindness, meekness, gentleness, forgiveness. May all our packages reflect our love for Him.
In Jesus's precious name. Amen.

Please remember these Words from Him:
John 3:16 & 17
For God so loved the world that He gave His only Begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish- but, have everlasting life!

For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world- but that the world
through Him might be saved.

Hallelujahs!!! May those bells ring with joy this Christmas!
